Turkish Airlines released business class award between Chicago/Houston/New York/Washington, D.C, USA and Istanbul, Turkey in both directions for 45k miles. The availabilities are in scattered dates in 2024, but the best availability are in March – April. Some flights have availability for 4 passengers. You can first use united.com calendar view to find the available dates, which are the dates with 88k or 87k miles business class, and then go to one of the mileage programs below to book.

It will cost you 45k miles to use Turkish miles for this flight. However, the surcharge will cost you $216.7 for one ticket. Unfortunately the website only allows you to purchase one ticket first, and then add more once you purchase one. You wouldn’t know if there are enough seats available for your party.
