La Compagnie airlines provides transatlantic flights between New York and Paris/Milan/Nice with all-business class airplanes. All the equipped seats are lie-flat business class seats. It provides top notch business class services to all passengers.
La Compagnie was founded in July 2014 and started with flights from Paris to New York. It launched its London – New York route in May 2015. The airline had to stop operations in mid-March 2020. The airline eventually got €10 million as aid from the French government, to help them recover from the pandemic. With vaccinations finally getting some pace on both sides of the Atlantic, airlines have finally ramp up operations. Or in the case of La Compagnie, they had restarted. The airline is now resumed flights.
The airline’s two A321neos both belong to lessor GECAS and have 76 seats in the cabin. It’s an all-business layout with lie-flat seats, and all the usual comforts you would expect in this configuration. They use a 2+2 seat layout, rather than the usual 3+3 of the A320 family. The seats are at a slight angle, allowing for more flexibility in the lie-flat configuration.
Passengers on La Compagnie will enjoy a four-course menu with a cold starter, a hot meal (two choices), a cheese plate and dessert. Before landing, you will receive a light snack consisting of three salty and three sweet snacks.
