SWISS Airlines has released 2+ passengers (some dates up to 9 passengers) business class award seats to its partners for flights between East Coast USA, like NYC and Boston, and Zurich and Geneva, Switzerland. The availabilities are on the scattered dates in the months of January, February and March of 2024. You can first use United.com calendar to search for business class charging 88k to find available dates, and then use one of the airlines’ mileage programs below to book.
Book with Turkish Airlines’ Miles & Smiles
This option will cost you the least amount of the miles, 45k. However, the fee they charge is as high as $877! Sample flight:
It is a little bit tricky to book with Turkish’s website. To book Star Alliance award tickets with Turkish Airlines, after you login, click on your name to get the drop down menu, and then select “Mile Transactions”:

Book with Avianca Lifemiles
Normally Lifemiles will charge you 63k miles for the routes between USA and Europe. However, it is currently only charging 56k + $27 for this flight. This is the best option in my opinion. Sample flight:
Book with Air Canada Aeroplan
With Aeroplan, this flight will cost you 60k Aeroplan miles + CA $76, not a bad option to go with. Sample flight:

With United MileagePlus, the same flight will cost you 88k miles + $6. Sample flight:
On the long haul flight, you will be flying on Swiss Airlines’ Boeing A330-300. Business class aboard Swiss’ A330-300 features about five different seat configurations, as the cabin alternates between a 1-2-2 and a 2-2-1 configuration. This means every row has one so-called “throne” seat alone by the windows, two seats in the middle, and a pair of seats on the other side of the plane.
The ticket includes priority check-in, airport lounge access, business class meals, two pieces of checked in luggage, amenity kit, and wines, champagne and other beverages.
