On your long haul leg of the flight, you will be flying with Iberia’s either newest business class suite Airbus A350, or older model of A350.
The new model of A350 is in three-cabin aircraft with the new Recaro suites, and it has the 1-2-1 configuration. Each suite comes with a sliding door, and measuring 76 inches, fully flat length, 18.7 inches seat width and 18.5 inches screen size.
On the other hand, the old model cabin layout consists of 8 rows in a 1-2-1, all-aisle access configuration. No sliding doors in these seats, but they feel very private, especially if you are on seats A/J which are separated from the aisle by the seat’s side bar.
You can tell which A350s are fitted with the new suites, as they have a middle row of seats in row 11 (the first row of premium economy); the older A350s without the business-class suite do not have middle seats in row 11.
The purchase qualifies for the OneWorld Alliance mile and status accumulations. The ticket includes priority check-in, airport lounge access, business class meals, two pieces of checked in luggage, amenity kit, and wines, champagne and other beverages.
Even though you can probably save a few bucks by booking with some of the budget websites, we recommend booking directly with airline’s website to ensure better customer service post sales. Deals so good wouldn’t last. So, act fast!
