Please note that the lie-flat part of the leg is on the shorter flight, between MIA and PTY, and some flight might not even be lie-flat, but just standard recliner. If the aircraft is 737 MAX 9, then it will be lie-flat seat. If it is just regular 737, then it will be recliner. Look at the Google flight aircraft description to determine. For the longer flight of the leg between PTY and BSB, it will be standard recliner seat.
The lie-flat seat is on COPA Business Class Boeing 737 MAX 9. The business class seats are forward-facing and spread across four rows in a 2–2 configuration. Not every seat has direct aisle access; however, if you’re travelling as a couple, this seating arrangement works pretty well as you can select two seats side by side.
The purchase qualifies for the Star Alliance mile and status accumulations. The ticket includes priority check-in, airport lounge access, business class meals, two pieces of checked in luggage, amenity kit, and wines, champagne and other beverages.
