Emirates Airlines released limited premier award availabilities for direct round trip between NYC (EWR) and Athens, Greece for 108k miles. The availabilities are on scattered dates in the months of March, April, September, October, November and December of 2023. You might need to try-and-error to find the available dates on both routes. You must book roundtrip to get the 108k-mile saver award rate. Sign up the Emirates free account first, if you don’t have one yet. Emirates Airlines allows you to search the award flights without any mile in your account. Once you find the flights, simply transfer points to Emirates instantly from Amex, Bilt, Capital One, Chase, or Citi.
You will be flying with Emirates’ Boeing 777. It is not the same as those fancy seats on A380. Still, they are award wining fantastic seats, if you can grab one. The ticket includes priority check-in, airport lounge access, business class meals, two pieces of checked in luggage, amenity kit, and wines, champagne and other beverages.
